We are the founding team of AxisRooms, where we innovated India’s first and largest hotel rooms online distribution and sales platform for hotels in 2011. In 2021 we moved on to build the guest experience and upsell platform with Tiniva. We have got a very high exposure and key knowledge of hotels & vacation rentals business models, revenue management and guest needs. We believe we can bring in our experience, expertise for fractional investors to invest in a new asset class where they can earn money and also get complimentary holiday deals too. Avyami aims to provide everyone with a safe and ever- accessible piece of fractional real estate, using clever economics to reproduce the financial benefits of traditional properties (renting and passive income generation…).

For many young entrepreneurs, we see hotel rooms flashing before our eyes each day. For some, we’re lost in a labyrinth made out of global meetings. This trippy experience (in all the senses of the word) inspired us to merge real estate and hotels, to bring this magic feeling of a Ownership of a hotel real estate, giving birth to Avyami.
